Unfortunately, you can't redeem points in Globe and TM via text. Globe stated "Sorry, your request can't be processed because redemption via text is no longer available. Check available rewards by dialing *143# and by selecting Rewards or by using the New GlobeOne app at glbe.co/NewGlobeONE".
